HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the nail plate with a buffer, remove the shine.

3. Apply a thin layer of PNB UV/LED Scotch/Universal/HEMA Free/ExtraPro/Revital Fiber Base.

5. Cover with TOP PNB.
